Caring, excellent counseling has long been a cornerstone of Pathway Ministries. Throughout the years, both guests staying at a Pathway Residential Center and members of our community have been able to receive Christ-centered, clinically informed counseling services through Barnabas Counseling. And because Barnabas Counseling is part of Pathway Ministries, everyone has been able to receive care regardless of their financial circumstances.
Moving forward, Barnabas Counseling will become Pathway Counseling. This name change better reflects the integral role clinical counseling plays within our residential ministry and more clearly communicates the integration between Pathway Ministries and Pathway Counseling. The name change has already begun and will be fully implemented by the end of February 2026.
We remain committed to providing Christ-Centered and Clinically Informed counseling services for both residents of Pathway and community members, regardless of financial circumstance.
We will continue to do this by offering the option to bill medical insurance or to pay based on income. We believe these changes will allow Pathway Counseling to continue offering the highest level of care to anyone seeking counseling services.
