Volunteering at Pathway is a great way to join our team and practically love your neighbor. There are many opportunities where you can invest your head, heart, or hands and make an impact on the ministry and in the lives of those we serve.

Individual Volunteer Areas

Residential
Be a part of the team that works directly with and impacts our shelter guests and program students. (mentor, life-skills class teacher, intake, driver)

Operations
Be the helping hands of the ministry; serving food or assisting our Facilities, Maintenance, or Administrative teams. (kitchen assistant, skilled trades)

Enterprise
Work alongside our students in our work readiness training programs and with our Pathway Works team. (work-life instructor, administrative support)

Promotions
Work with our Development team to run events, organize support activities, or be part of our “thank you” team. (event assistant, phone assistant)

Empower Life Center
Join our ELC team to support moms in their pregnancy decisions and families in their parenting needs. (client advocate, donation organizor)
