Graduations at Pathway Ministries are one of our favorite days. Friends and family overflow out of the small downtown chapel as we celebrate men and women who have completed the 9-month Renewal Program.
The 9-month Renewal Program is a deep dive into restoration and healing. It is built on beginning (or deepening) a relationship with God. It continues with restoring relationships with others while also growing in appreciation for work and understanding of oneself.
Talk to any student halfway through the Renewal Program and they can’t wait for it to be over. Talk with students at graduation, and they’ll tell you it was the best thing they’ve ever done.
To be sure, the work isn’t complete after 9 months. Many students choose to stay at Pathway Ministries as part of the Graduate Society, where they will continue to live in accountability and will begin preparing for a life after Pathway. But the work they’ve done during the Renewal Program will become the foundation for a new life.
That’s why we believe in celebrating every person who completes the Renewal Program. And celebrate we do! You’re welcome to attend a graduation. Our next graduation is March 28th at 2p at the Downtown Mission.
