MATTHEW’S STORY
I didn't come here looking for religion. I didn't come here looking for God. I was just looking for rehab again.
Matthew had once done a month long program pursuing sobriety that resulted in him being sober for 23 months. After falling back into addiction, Matthew came to Pathway with hopes of getting sober one more time. With winter approaching fast, Matthew came to homeless shelter at Pathway.
During his stay, he heard a message that change his life forever. In January of 2023, he gave his life to Christ.
After finishing the renewal program he was baptized. Life at one point seemed meaningless and hopeless for Matthew and now, after committing his life to following Jesus, he is living his life with purpose and joy.
